Visiting the website, trying examples or creating a project note does not, by itself, mean you have purchased a paid service. This page does not replace a project-specific proposal, service agreement or pre-contract information required for consumers. Mandatory legal provisions remain applicable; mutually agreed project-specific terms take precedence to the extent they conflict with these general terms.
02 / Proposals, scope and payment
The service scope, deliverables, schedule, number of revisions, total fee, tax status, payment plan and any third-party costs are explained in a project-specific proposal or agreement before work begins. Only mutually agreed work is carried out.
Domains, hosting, paid themes, plugins, fonts and other licences are not automatically included in the service fee unless expressly listed in the proposal. Additional work, fees or subscriptions require prior information and separate approval. The website has no action that automatically initiates a payment or subscription.
03 / Web design and delivery
The number of pages, features, content creation, technical integrations, and browser and device support are determined by the project scope. Delivery depends on timely provision of required content, access and customer feedback. If scope changes or delays occur, their impact on the schedule and any costs will be communicated separately.
Customers review the text, contact details and functionality in the previews provided, then give approval or request corrections. Publication requires approval by an authorised person. Silence alone does not constitute acceptance of delivery. Contractual and statutory rights concerning work that does not meet the agreed scope are preserved.
04 / Website update requests
Once the communication channel is active, website update requests may be submitted through WhatsApp or another agreed channel. Sending a message does not mean a request will be implemented immediately or that every change is included in the current fee.
Text and image updates may have a different scope from new pages, software features or integrations. The scope, price and timing of a request are clarified separately where necessary; updates are published with an authorised person’s approval. Any response time, maintenance, backup or ongoing support obligations are set out in the relevant service agreement.
The WhatsApp conversations and update options on this website are demonstrations. They do not make changes to actual customer websites. Our phone and WhatsApp number is 0850 303 37 83.
Additional changes beyond your allowance
Additional website changes cost USD 0.49 each, with your approval. Messages asking for information are free.
One approved and completed website change counts as one use; individual messages and questions do not. Once your allowance runs out, we share the fee and proceed only with your approval. Clarifying messages for the same request and corrections of our own errors are not charged separately. Unlimited plans have no overage fee and remain subject to fair use.
05 / Limits of GEO analysis
GEO analysis assesses your brand’s visibility on specified AI platforms for selected questions at the time of review. The platforms, question set, competitors and report scope are agreed at the proposal stage.
AI answers may vary by date, language, location, account, model version and query wording. A report evaluates the samples reviewed; it does not represent what all users will see. No specific ranking, recommendation, traffic, customer or revenue outcome is guaranteed. These limitations do not remove the obligation to perform and deliver the agreed analysis with due care.
06 / Content, access and intellectual property
Customers must hold the rights to use the text, images, logos and other materials they provide, and have the necessary authority for systems they share. Requests to publish misleading, unlawful or third-party rights-infringing content are not accepted. Clarification of ownership or authority may be requested where needed.
Usage rights for designs, source code and other work, the delivery format and any transfer of rights are set out separately in the project-specific agreement. This page does not itself transfer any intellectual property rights. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licences. Separate permission is obtained to use customer work as a reference or in a portfolio.
Use intended to damage the website, attempt unauthorised access, send malware or disrupt the service is not permitted. Access credentials should be shared only with the permissions necessary for the work and through agreed secure methods.
07 / Cancellation, termination and refunds
You may send cancellation or change requests in writing to our email address. Pausing a project, accounting for completed work, unused services and third-party expenses are assessed under the accepted proposal, agreement and applicable law. These terms do not introduce a blanket “no refunds” rule.
The rights of persons acting as consumers under Law No. 6502 and related legislation are reserved. If a transaction qualifies as a distance contract, the right of withdrawal, its period, how to exercise it and any exceptions are explained separately before the contract is concluded. Viewing this page or submitting an enquiry does not waive the right of withdrawal; approvals required to begin service early are obtained separately.
08 / Third parties and liability
Domain, hosting, email, messaging, plugin and AI platforms operate under their own service terms. Changes or outages at these providers may affect services. When such an impact is identified, solutions or alternatives are assessed within the scope of the service undertaken.
Where events outside the parties’ control affect their obligations, the affected party will notify the other of the situation and its expected effects within a reasonable time. Consequences such as extensions or termination are addressed under the agreement and applicable law. Use of third parties or limitations in these terms does not remove Ozan Soft’s liability that cannot legally be limited, liability for intent or gross negligence, or consumers’ mandatory rights.
09 / Personal data and project form
Information about personal data processing is provided in the Privacy Policy page. These terms do not replace explicit consent for personal data processing or commercial communications.
The project form prepares your note in your browser. When you press “Continue in WhatsApp”, the note is passed to WhatsApp to prepare a message. You must separately send it within WhatsApp for us to receive it. This action does not, by itself, place a paid service order.
10 / Disputes and updates
You may send enquiries or complaints to [email protected] by email. Turkish law applies to disputes; mandatory statutory rights of consumers and, where applicable, other persons remain reserved. Competent authorities and jurisdiction are determined by applicable legislation. Consumers’ legal remedies, including consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts where the application requirements are met, are not restricted.
These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the website or services. The new version and update date will be published here. An update does not automatically or retrospectively change the price, scope or acquired rights under an existing agreement. Changes to an existing agreement require separate agreement.
